2011 CLS-FC Back to school party has been re-scheduled to Monday 9/5/2011.
Location: 8 Sherwood Farms in Westport, CT.
Time: 2-4 pm
Please bring one dish (appetizers, dessert, etc.) and refreshments. Children can also enjoy the swimming pool. Please invite any prospective CLS parents and students, as the teachers and other parents can answer any questions they may have.

Good news form our calligraphy culture class:
Some students from our calligraphy class participated a callgraphy contest in Octobor which is held by Northern East Region of ACS (Association of Chinese Schools) and won prizes. All of our students who entered the contest have won. Please, a big applause for our calligraphy class.
Beginner level: James Zhang won 4th place.
Inter-medium level: Gita Abhiraman won the 1st place, Catherine Zhang 3rd place and Alissa Chan 4th place
High level: Shirley Chen and Joanne Trinh both won 2nd place.
Mr. Kiet Trinh also participated in the contest. He is the first place. However, there is no monetary award for the adults level.
